RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We only accept returns in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please inform us immediately and we will arrange for a return pickup. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.
If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can exchange the product for a preferred size once you send the piece back to our studio.
If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, you can request to return it back to us within 4 days against store credit. Once the request is approved, the item can be shipped back to our warehouse. Shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

NOTE: Store credits are valid upto 30 days only. The brand is not responsible for extending the credits in case of expiry. 


EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at contact@masaroclothing.com to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
