SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (free)

 All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

Once it gets dispatched, it will take 1 to 3 business days to reach your doorstep as we use express shipping without any extra cost. Please note that it may take more than 3 days in some cities due to public holidays/weather or maybe due to lack of transportation facilities.

If your order status still shows unfulfilled after 4 days or if you don’t receive tracking email, mail us at contact@masaroclothing.com and we will help you out.



International Shipping

International shipping is an extra charge and does not include in the Product’s price. Final shipping charges can be visible during checkout.

The prices of products are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. MASARO is not responsible for these charges

We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - Masaro does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
